Januari 2011, Shipbuilding projects were deserted in Batam. I became unemployed for 4 months. There was no vacancy for me, until I worked in the company of my friends ( VISTA ALUSTEEL ) with a salary that can be said is far from standard.

I worked in this company for 3 months, and 3 different locations. The project we are doing is, tug boat 27 m 2 units, ship repair, removal of SS 3 ( Asetanian ) pedestal crane barge to Cristina No. 1. (Falcon Force)
After the job is finished Repair Sub con I moved to another, in the cape region Tanjung Uncang. Walking was 3 months I moved to Tanjung Balai join PT. Anugerah Bina Bersaudara.

Tanjung Balai Karimun

Our work location is PT. Multi Ocean Shipyard (MOS). Here I worked for 1 year 8 months.

In Tanjung Balai Karimun, we faced the hand over project, Floating Dock. Classification is GL. PT. MOS is new development yard with large area, and have good potential business. I don't know why the first sub contractor stopped this project. So we continued it. we faced several problem to adapt with new location especially with yard facility, crane and forklift. Material arrival was the problem too. We usually wait 1 to 2 months. So I wonder Why this project has delay time or gone without schedule.
Step by step we did the job better and better. Finally we got project again Barge 310' feet.
In the future, The Company received three subcontractor to completion of the project. One of them is the subcontractor for this barge. The predictions are reasonable, this is a good project. In other words beneficial to both parties. But reality says another, project is to be slow and cost of the sub. contractor. This might be caused by a lack of good management. I Have No Idea! Until finally abandoned the project is on leave, then this is where the incident began.

Just stay one step further. I have resigned because of a reason. It is a deep regret for me personally. I too follow feeling. Though there is no word 'Bantu, Tolong" in business. no auxiliary term. Oh well, it was over, this will be the next lesson for me, to not give up easily. Let the spirit again .... Here I describe the project in Tanjung Balai Karimun, precisely at PT. MOS
